1. Start Your Day with Intention
Begin each morning by planning your day.
Write down 3 main goals you want to achieve.
Example: meditate for 10 minutes, finish a work task, read for 20 minutes.
2. Read or Learn Every Day
Spend at least 20–30 minutes learning something new daily.
Could be a book, article, podcast, or online course.
3. Practice Gratitude
Every day, write 3 things you’re grateful for.
Could be big or small: good health, a friend, a delicious meal.
4. Take care of your body
Exercise 20–30 minutes daily (walk, stretch, workout).
Eat balanced meals and drink water regularly.
5. Reflect Daily and Adjust
Before bed, ask yourself:
What went well today?
What can I improve tomorrow?
